Join us at the Adler on The Park Showcase House

A historic 16,000. square foot Chicago mansion, Adler on the Park, is set to open after a years long restoration project.

Architects Henry Corwith Dangler and David Adler designed this timeless space originally as a row of city houses for their close friends who were significant artists, architects and designers in Chicago society.

Today, this incredible space is the home of the latest Chicago showcase house for charity, known as Adler on The Park.

Located at 2700 N. Lakeview Avenue in Lincoln Park, the space will be open for tours every weekend in May and will include a look inside 40 "uniquely-decorated" rooms, each designed by different Chicago interior designers, as the home was remodeled for residential use for the first time since 1946.

We are thrilled to participate in this project, and have found so much inspiration within the walls of this historic building.

As a nod to Adler's historic ties to the cultural community of Chicago, lead designers Kathleen Glynn, AIA, Katherine Wozniak and assisted by Isabella Roncone, decided to create a music room.

This cozy and whimsical space is meant to be both sanctuary and inspiration to youthful musicians whether in body or spirit.

The centerpiece of the room is a 1920s piano, owned by one of our clients.  It was hand-crafted with solid walnut and features gorgeous carvings. We oiled the walnut to enhance its beauty and added gold gilding on the accents on the carvings to accentuate them.

There is simply so much to see. We invite you to join us this week at the VIP Grand Opening, or throughout the month of May.
