Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping across the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the items as well as the shipping destination.

Shipping Pricing for the Domestic USA:

  • Local Delivery and Pick-Up: Free. Pick up your items directly from our shop at no extra cost.
  • Orders over $350 (excluding furniture): Free Shipping.
  • Orders $0 - $25: Shipping cost is $7.
  • Orders $25.01 - $50: Shipping cost is $10.
  • Orders $50.01 - $100: Shipping cost is $15.
  • Orders $100.01 - $200: Shipping cost is $20.
  • Orders $200.01 - $350: Shipping cost is $40.

All non-furniture items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Furniture shipping terms vary, please contact us for details.

Can I return an item I purchased online?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom orders and certain types of goods, such as personal items and sale items, are non-returnable. For returns, contact info@kedinteriors.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if there are issues. We address defects, damages, or incorrect items promptly.

Exchanges
Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method.

Yes, we offer mini-design services for small spaces and single rooms through KED at Home. Visit the Signature Spaces page for details. For full service interior design, renovations and design/build new homes, please visit KED Interiors.
