The package price includes the design services as described on the product page.  The items for your design will be priced separately once selected.  Please, see investment sheet to determine an overall budget for your room.

Upon payment for services, we’ll send you a project check list of items we will need to start the design process.

The check list includes:

• Room, wall, window and doorway dimensions

• Photo documentation of your room and the furnishings you want to keep

• Existing furnishing dimensions of pieces you plan to keep

• Inspiration photos of rooms that inspire you (utilize Pinterest, Houzz, etc)

Once your completed checklist is submitted to us, your KED designer will contact you to set up a 60 minute virtual or in-showroom design consultation to discuss your budget, space constraints, and style preferences.

Then we’ll get to work and in about 21 days, we’ll present a comprehensive virtual or in-showroom design presentation including:

• A mood board concept showing all the elements of the design

• A space plan showing placement of the furnishings based on your dimensions and preferences

• A list of design notes and helpful hints to help you install the design

• A list of furnishings, rugs, wall paint or wall coverings, accessories, art and lighting that may be purchased at a 10% discount through Katherine Elizabeth at Home. 

• KED at Home will procure each item with care on your behalf, track, receive inspect and coordinate delivery to your door for installation at your direction.

You can move forward with your beautifully designed room at your pace and as your budget allows. Please not pricing of specified furnishings are good for 15 days. The e-design service does not include an in-home visit or verification of room dimensions and includes 1 round of revisions prior to ordering.

* fee includes, selection, wrapping and packing of fragile art and accessories and travel time to and from your home. Accessories you elect to keep will receive a 10% discount.

The checklist includes:

• Measurements of your room, wall space, fireplace and mantle ( if applicable) and the furnishings you plan to accessorize

• Send us pictures of spaces that inspire you ( utilize Pinterest, Houzz, magazines etc.)

• Photo document your space and furnishings

When your check list information is received  your KED designer will schedule a 30-min. virtual or in showroom conference to review the room, your design style and budget. 

In about 14 days, we’ll schedule an in-home consultation to place:

• Unique accessories expertly selected for their scale, color and style to compliment your room and existing furnishings

• Expert designer placement of accessories on your mantle, furnishings, and bookcases as needed

• Expertly selected art pieces for key walls and spaces in your room to complement your style and color palette.

• Designer selected soft goods like accent pillows and throws, faux plants and arrangements to further compliment the new accessories and design.

• Budget about 2 hours for our team to unwrap and place accessories and art for your review.

• Once you see the items set-up in your space, you decide what to keep and items you would like returned or replaced.  We will do one revision.
