Intake & Discovery
Establish Goals & Scope
We begin by gathering a clear understanding of your goals, lifestyle, and aesthetic. Through a detailed questionnaire, photos, inspiration imagery, and budget parameters, we establish the foundation for the project. A focused discovery conversation allows us to clarify priorities, explore how your spaces function, and align on direction. From there, we define scope, prepare your design proposal, and formally begin once the agreement and budget are approved.
Design Development
Concepts & Space Planning
We translate the agreed direction into fully developed design concepts. This phase includes space planning, furniture and material selections, and a cohesive palette that reflects both your aesthetic and how your spaces function. You’ll review two clear, considered options and select the overall design direction before refinement.
Refinement
Align and Finalize
Based on your feedback, we refine the selected design direction. Adjustments are made thoughtfully to ensure scale, flow, and selections feel resolved and aligned with your lifestyle before moving forward.
Procurement Management
Source, Order, Coordinate
We manage all sourcing, ordering, and delivery coordination, ensuring selections are accurately specified, tracked, and prepared for installation.
Installation & Styling
Place, Style, Complete
Furniture, lighting, and décor are installed and styled on site, bringing the design to completion. Each element is placed with intention, resulting in spaces that feel cohesive, elevated, and complete.
Investment & Timing
Clear expectations from the start.
Signature Spaces design fees begin at $5,000, with final pricing based on the scope and scale of your project. Furnishings and décor are budgeted separately and guided by our Furniture Investment Guide. Storage, shipping, and white-glove delivery are billed independently. Review our Investment Guide here.
Most Signature Spaces projects progress over 6–8 weeks from discovery through order placement, with timelines shaped by scope and product lead times. Timely client feedback helps keep the process moving smoothly.
