You'll learn the art of balancing the flavors, textures and plating techniques to create a visually stunning and delicious plate. Whether you're an experienced entertainer or a novice host, this workshop will help you unleash your culinary creativity! You’ll leave with a hand-made board of your favorite, elegant, snacking selections. It will not only look beautiful, it will be DELICIOUS.

 Everyone will get a bag and tie to wrap up the board and take it home in. The charcuterie will be made on a disposable bamboo platter.
